8 MM CC rod is passed through Rod Breakdown to attain an Intermediate size of 2.9 MM.

2.9 MM wire is then fed to a pre-annealer and then directly on to the inline wire drawing where the final (required) size is attained.
Step 3
Then the material is again passed through the on-line annealer and after that soft annealed wire is passed through the vertical enamelling oven.
Step 4
In the enamelling oven copper wire is enameled and cured in 14 passes (for single Coat) and in 18 passes for duel coated wire.
Step 5
After Enamelling, the enamelled copper wire goes to take-up units with automatic changeover facility.
Step 6
After the completion of the production process, the material is transferred to the inspection department where the material is tested as per the Product Quality Assurance Plan.
Step 7
Once the material is approved by the QCD, then the material is transferred to the dispatch section where the material is packed, marked and weighed.
